If you have purchased a printed book or monograph and received a physically damaged, defective, or incorrect copy, you are eligible for a free replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage.
Once a manuscript, book proposal, or chapter has entered the peer-review or editorial production stage, publication fees are strictly **non-refundable** as administrative and review resources have already been deployed.
Orders for print books can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our printing or distribution facility.
